UPOW

Founded in 2020, UPOW strives to raise money for youth mental health resources in Canada. Struggling with mental health and developing mental illnesses is difficult as a teenager. UPOW strives to donate our profits to mental health organizations that have a focus on helping teenagers who struggle with mental illnesses.

An estimated 1.2 million children and youth in Canada are affected by mental illness.

The impact of COVID-19 on the mental health of youth was the largest of any age group. In the summer of 2020, less than 50% of youth reported excellent or very good mental health.
